السادة مؤسسات حقوق الإنسان المحترمين
تحية طيبة وبعد،
يتعرض شباب حزب التحرير في باكستان لحملة أمنية من قبل النظام الباكستاني، ونتوجه إليكم بهذا الكتاب المفتوح لإطلاعكم على الموقف الإنساني المتعلق ببعض من يتعرض لهذه الحملة، ولتحميلكم مسؤولية القيام بالواجب الذي نهضتم من أجله في سياق أعمالكم.
ضمن حملة الحكومة الباكستانية على حزب التحرير، تم خلال الأيام الماضية اختطاف مجموعة من شباب الحزب، ولغاية اليوم، لا تتوفر أي أخبار أو معلومات تتعلق بمكان وجودهم، منهم:
1) الدكتور عبد القيوم، وهو من كبار الأطباء المشهورين في مدينة رحيم يار خان، والذي اختطف من سيارته عندما كان برفقة ابنته، وقد توجه وفدٌ كبيرٌ من الوجهاء في مدينته إلى مديرية الشرطة بعد اختطافه للضغط من أجل الإفراج عنه، مما أجبر مدير الشرطة على نفي علمه بعملية الاختطاف! وبعد عقد مؤتمر صحافي من قبل أسرته في منزل الدكتور عبد القيوم ، وحضره عشرات من الصحفيين تلقت العائلة مكالمة هاتفية من أشخاص يدّعون أنهم الخاطفون ويطالبون بفدية قدرها 5 ملايين روبية، وهو موقف مفضوح حيث قام الخاطفون باختطاف الدكتور عبد القيوم وتركوا ابنته التي كانت برفقته.
2) عمران يوسفزاي: نائب الناطق الرسمي لحزب التحرير في باكستان، اختطف في صباح يوم الثلاثاء، 12 تموز 2011، بعدما تم ترصّده عندما كان متجها لإجراء لقاء مع صحافي تلفزيوني في إسلام أباد، وخطفوه مثل اللصوص حال وصوله المحطة التلفزيونية.
3) أسامة حنيف: مهندس اتصالات، اختطف صباح يوم الخميس، في 21 تموز 2011، بعد مغادرة منزله متجها إلى مكتبه في إسلام أباد، بعدما تعرض لكمين من قبل بلطجية الحكومة، الذين عرضوا لسيارته واختطفوه.
4) حيان خان: مهندس برمجيات، اختطف صباح يوم الأربعاء 13 تموز 2011، بعد مغادرة منزله في روالبندي متجها إلى مكتبه، حيث تعرض لكمين من قبل أفراد من الأجهزة الباكستانية، الذين عرضوا لسيارته، وكسروا النافذة الجانبية وخطفوه، وكان ذلك بعد يوم واحد من اختطاف عمران يوسفزاي.
وليس لهؤلاء المختطفين من جرم يحاسبون عليه، فهم يمارسون العمل السياسي السلمي بحسب الطريقة التي يتبناها حزب التحرير والتي لا تستخدم العنف ولا العمل المادي لتحقيق غايات الحزب السياسية في التغيير السلمي.
ويقوم الحزب بحملة عالمية للضغط على الحكومة الباكستانية من أجل الإفصاح عن مكان تواجد المختطفين، والإفراج الفوري عنهم.
نتوجه إليكم للإضطلاع بمسؤولياتكم في إيصال صوت الحق للجهات الرسمية في باكستان، وللتواصل مع المؤسسات الحقوقية الباكستانية لتتحمّل مسؤولية العمل على الإفراج عن جميع المختطفين السياسيين، وكذلك للتواصل مع وسائل الإعلام العالمية من أجل حقوق هؤلاء المختطفين بالحرية وبحق ممارسة النشاط السياسي السلمي. ونتوفر لأية متابعة قانونية وإعلامية حول الأمر.

Human Rights Organizations
Dear Sirs,
Hizb ut Tahrir (HT) members in Pakistan are faced with a security crackdown by the Pakistani regime. We deliver this open message to you for letting you know about the humanitarian situation of those who are experiencing such a crackdown. We also urge you to take your responsibility by accomplishing the duty you stood for in the context of your work.
Within the Pakistani government crackdown on HT, a group of HT members were kidnapped. There is no available information about their place. They include:
1) Dr. Abdul-Qayyum, a renowned senior dentist of Rahim Yar Khan City, who was kidnapped from his car when he was with his daughter. A large delegation of the city's influential went to the District Prosecution Officer where he succumbed to pressure and said that he does not know about the case! Then, immediately after a press conference in the home of Dr. Abdul-Qayyum by his family, attended by dozens of journalists, the family received a phone call from people claiming to be kidnappers and demanding 5,000,000 Rupees. It is a blatant position since the kidnappers abducted Dr. Abdul-Qayyum and left his daughter who was with him at the time!
2) Imran Yousafzai, the Deputy to the Spokesman of Hizb Ut Tahrir in Pakistan. He was kidnapped on Tuesday morning, 12th July 2011, after being watched, when he was heading for a meeting with a television journalist in Islamabad. The government henchmen lurked like cheap thieves and kidnapped him as he arrived.
3) Ousama Hanif, a telecom engineer by profession. He was kidnapped on Thursday morning, 21th July 2011, as he left for office from his home in Islamabad, he was ambushed by government thugs, who blocked his car and kidnapped him.
4) Hayan Khan, a software engineer by profession. He was kidnapped on Wednesday morning 13th July 2011, when he left for office from his home in Rawalpindi and was ambushed by Pakistani security force, who blocked his car, broke the side window and kidnapped him. This happened in the next day after Imran Yousafzai's kidnapping.
Obviously, there is no crime taken by these abductees to be accounted for; they are engaged in peaceful political action according to the method adopted by Hizb ut-Tahrir, which does not use violence or materialistic actions for achieving the political goals of the party for the peaceful change.
HT is carrying a worldwide campaign to put a pressure on the Pakistani government for the seek of announcing the place of the abductees and to release them immediately.
We are contacting you so that you carry out your responsibilities in delivering "the voice of justice" to the official authorities in Pakistan. You are also called for communicating this case with Pakistani Human Rights Organizations, so that they take responsibilities for releasing all political abductees. In addition, we urge you to communicate this issue with the international media for raising the rights of abductees for freedom and peaceful political actions. We maintain available for any legal and media follow up about this issue.

ويقوم الحزب بحملة عالمية للضغط على الحكومة الباكستانية من أجل الإفصاح عن مكان تواجد المختطفين، والإفراج الفوري عنهم.
